Triple Berry Cobbler

I am always happy when the weather cools enough to serve warm desserts again:) One berry in a cobbler is good but three berries... fantastic! A triple berry mix can be found in the freezer section...blueberries, blackberries and raspberries all in one mouth puckering bag! I prefer to use my Aunt Helen's pie crust recipe with oil for cobblers. It is moist and has that old fashioned "made at grandma's" taste.
This is a double bag recipe-- the reason it is a 9x13

Triple Berry Cobbler

1 16 oz bag of triple berries
1/2 cup of sugar
Stir the berries in a bowl with the sugar and leave on the counter until berries are completely thawed.

Mix the pie crust recipe below. I like to roll and cut in strips for a lattice design.
Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown- approx 20-30 min.
Serve slightly warm with vanilla ice cream!

p.s. Aunt Helen was Nellie's oldest daughter. She lived to be 88!
This recipe is in her handwriting...priceless!
This is my post in tribute to her.
