Triple Berry Cobbler
1 16 oz bag of triple berries
1/2 cup of sugar
Stir the berries in a bowl with the sugar and leave on the counter until berries are completely thawed.
Mix the pie crust recipe below. I like to roll and cut in strips for a lattice design.
Bake at 350 until crust is golden brown- approx 20-30 min.
Serve slightly warm with vanilla ice cream!
p.s. Aunt Helen was Nellie's oldest daughter. She lived to be 88!
